Warm storybook living room with a plush green sofa in a golden sunbeam from a large window with blue curtains. An orange tabby stretches and yawns on the couch beneath a colorful patchwork quilt. A black tuxedo cat lounges on a tall cat tree at left, and a fluffy grey-and-white cat with big blue eyes perches on a cat tree by the sunlit window. A wooden coffee table holds a mug and books. Soft patterned rug on the floor. A small mouse hole is in the baseboard area near the lower left. Painterly colored-pencil texture matching Cat Ventures storybook art.

Sun warmed the green couch like a spotlight made for naps. But a tiny dark hole in the baseboard whispered of other adventures, and the bright window called them toward toys and treats.
